To secure your date, a 50% non refundable deposit of your chosen package is required via bank transfer. As your photoshoot approaches, you can pay the remaining balance either by bank transfer or in cash at our consultation to avoid any bank fees. Please note I do not take payments at the photoshoot.

Our consultation is a great opportunity to connect and plan your dream photoshoot. Together, we'll finalize details like the best time of day, location, outfit choices, and any desired props or accessories like ei (flower crowns or necklaces). Typically, we meet in person at your accommodation before the shoot. However, if your arrival date is close to the photoshoot, we can schedule a video call. Please note that all remaining payments are due at the time of our consultation.

All packages are priced in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and payments can be made to an NZ account.

For a timeless look, I recommend sticking to neutral tones or pastels like browns, greens, blues, nudes, or blacks. All-white outfits can sometimes blend in with the beach sand, so I suggest avoiding them for beach shoots unless you plan to pair it with another colour. Want to embrace the island vibe? While rain can create stunning backdrops, it's not ideal for family shoots, especially with young children. To ensure we capture the perfect moments, I recommend booking your photoshoot early in your holiday. This allows us to reschedule if necessary. In the unlikely event of persistent bad weather, we'll unfortunately have to cancel the shoot, and l'll provide a full refund.

Enhance your photoshoot with a touch of tropical paradise! Consider adding beautiful floral crowns for the girls or flower necklaces for the boys. These handcrafted pieces are made by a local artisan and cost $30 each. I can bring them to your shoot for that perfect island vibe.

You'll receive an online gallery link showcasing all your beautiful photos within a maximum of 8 weeks (often sooner!). This gallery features watermarked images for you to explore. Select your favorites by "hearting" them - the number of images you can keep depends on your chosen package. Once your selections are finalized, you'll receive your stunning, high-resolution photos. Plus, you have the option to purchase additional photos or the entire gallery at a special rate. Share the joy with family and friends by sharing the gallery link!

All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where I cancel the photoshoot. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, you may do so once within a year of your original booking date.
